BIOGRAPHY
Devi Trisnawati, Founder and Managing Partner of Pandhega Baksya Law Firm, has a strong and profound educational background in law. She earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Bengkulu, which served as the foundation of her legal career. Not stopping there, she pursued her postgraduate education at Pelita Harapan University, where she obtained a Master of Laws degree, specializing in business and corporate law.
With a solid educational foundation, she has built over five years of experience in banking and finance law. She specializes in corporate law, particularly in the aspects of property and banking mortgages. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with prominent financial institutions, including PT Bank China Construction Bank Indonesia Tbk (CCB) and PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk, where she was involved in various strategic projects related to property financing and asset management.
In addition, she possesses expertise in providing comprehensive legal consultations, including legal risk analysis, financing restructuring, and business transaction management. Her dedication to understanding clients’ needs and her ability to offer innovative legal solutions have established her as a trusted legal practitioner in her field.
As an active member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), she is committed to practicing law with the highest standards of professionalism.
